Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applicant portals and related services operated by ELEVENTY Media Group LLC ("ELEVENTY", "we"), including any subdomains and successor pages (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service and at least 18 to submit a creator or talent application. By using the Service you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Some areas of the Service (including the admin dashboard) require authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@eleventy-media.com of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• upload content that infringes intellectual-property, publicity or privacy rights;
• upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful;
• attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except for publicly published sitemaps and feeds.

When you submit an application — including videos, social profiles and questionnaire answers — you confirm that the information is true, that you own or have the necessary rights to all submitted material, and that submission does not breach any third-party agreement.

You grant ELEVENTY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, internally circulate and evaluate your submission for the purpose of assessing potential collaboration. We do not acquire ownership of your content and will not publish or commercially exploit it without a separate written agreement.

You may request deletion of your submission at any time by writing to privacy@eleventy-media.com.

The Service, including the ELEVENTY name and logo, design system, copy, code and curated content, is owned by ELEVENTY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other use requires prior written consent.

The Service may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g. social networks, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELEVENTY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELEVENTY and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELEVENTY from any claim, demand or liability arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to us or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
