Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is issued by ELEVENTY Media Group LLC ("ELEVENTY", "we", "us"), a holding company registered in the United Arab Emirates, operating brands, media properties and creator programs across the MEA, DACH and global markets. References to ELEVENTY include our subsidiaries and affiliated operating entities.

This policy applies to personal data processed through our corporate website, applicant and creator portals (including the creator application), recruiting and partnership flows, and any other channel where we identify ELEVENTY as the controller.

• Identification & contact data — name, email, phone, location, age, social-media handles.
• Application data — answers to questionnaire fields, video submissions, references to brand collaborations and prior experience.
• Communications — messages you send via our contact forms, email correspondence and meeting notes.
• Technical data — IP address, user agent, approximate location, pages viewed, timestamps and session identifiers needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. We do not request special-category data (health, religion, etc.) and ask that you do not submit it.

• Reviewing applications & partnership inquiries — performance of pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in evaluating talent and counterparties.
• Communicating with you — our legitimate interest in responding to inbound requests; consent where required.
• Operating & securing the site — our legitimate interest in service availability, fraud prevention and abuse mitigation.
• Legal & regulatory obligations — tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering and compliance with court orders.

Applicant data is retained for up to 24 months after our last substantive interaction so that we can revisit candidates for future projects, then deleted or anonymised. Contact messages are retained for up to 36 months. Records required by tax, corporate or labour law are kept for the applicable statutory periods (typically 6–10 years in the EU/UAE).

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with vetted processors acting on documented instructions, including: our hosting and database infrastructure provider; email, authentication and storage providers used to operate the site; professional advisors (legal, accounting); and authorities where legally required. Where data leaves the EEA / UAE, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.

Subject to applicable law (GDPR in the EU/EEA, UK GDPR, UAE PDPL and others) you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw any consent you have given. Exercise these rights by emailing privacy@eleventy-media.com. We respond within 30 days. If you believe we have not addressed your concern, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit, access control, row-level security on application databases, audit logging, least- privilege service accounts and regular review of our security posture.

We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies to keep sessions active and protect the service. We do not currently run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. If that changes, we will publish a cookie banner and update this policy.

We will post any material changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
